  • Premium is required to be paid before the start of each coverage month. Therefore, a January month should had been paid in December prior to the month.
  • Late payment will trigger count down of account termination.
  • All subsequent payment are paid to insurance companies directly.
  • Always call the billing / customer service of the insurance company to verify the status of your payment
  • Talk to customer or set autopay online as soon as you receive your health card.
  • Also update your autopay if you changed your payment card.
